We understand that plans change. As a small, owner-run business, cancellations greatly affect us. Therefore, we do maintain a strict cancellation policy.

We have a 7 day prior to arrival cancellation policy. If you notify us that you are canceling your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled tour, a cancellation fee of $15.00 per participant will be charged and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 7 days before your scheduled tour, your deposit will not be refunded. ​

There is no fee to reschedule a tour.
